Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

The onboarding portal is designed to allow customers to test Finstory’s prototype features using their own data in a secure environment.

2. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate company and contact information
• Upload only data you are authorized to share
• Use the platform solely for evaluation and testing purposes

3. Confidentiality

All uploaded data is covered by the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Finstory will not use your data for marketing, demonstration, or any external purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and analyses created or provided by Finstory remain the exclusive property of Finstory, Inc.

Customer retains full ownership of all uploaded data and any results or insights derived solely from that data.

5. Disclaimer and Security

The onboarding and prototype environment is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Finstory will maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Customer data, including encryption, access control, and secure hosting.

While availability is not guaranteed, Finstory will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service stability during the evaluation period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Finstory’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 10,000 or (b) the total fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Neither Party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination and Data Retention

Either Party may terminate this Agreement with at least ten (10) days’ written notice.

Upon termination, Finstory will retain Customer data for a maximum of 30 days to allow secure export or deletion.

Backups containing Customer data will be automatically purged within 60 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
