It connects directly to your NetSuite instance and pulls your financial data — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and more. Finstory then uses AI to generate reports, detect variances, and write executive narratives. Your data never leaves your environment unencrypted.
Most clients are live within 2–3 business days after the onboarding call. The call itself typically takes 60–90 minutes. We handle the technical setup — you just need to give us access to your NetSuite environment.
Your early bird price is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. When we raise prices, your rate doesn’t change. New customers after the early bird period pay the standard rate of $2,500/mo.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but include a 14-day satisfaction period after onboarding. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
For most finance teams, 30M tokens is more than enough to generate dozens of reports per month. A typical P&L report with narrative uses around 50–100k tokens. If you go over, additional usage is billed at $25 per 1M tokens — you’ll always see this coming before it happens.
